1. Introduction

These terms and conditions, along with any referenced documents (the “Terms”), govern your use of this website (the “Website”) and its associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities regarding the use of the Website. By using the Website or accessing the Service, whether as a guest or a registered user with an account (“Account”), you agree to comply with these Terms, including any future amendments. Any unsettled bets placed before changes take effect will be subject to the previous Terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

By accessing the Website and using the Service, you confirm that:

  1. Legal Age: You are at least 18 years old or meet the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. We may request age verification at any time.
  2. Legal Capacity: You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement with us.
  3. Jurisdiction Compliance: You reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
  4. No VPNs or Proxies: You must not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools that mask your real location.
  5. Authorized Payment Use: You are the authorized user of the payment method used for transactions.
  6. Good Faith Payments: All payments must be made in good faith, and you must not attempt to reverse transactions unlawfully.

Additionally:

  • You cannot transfer or sell your account.
  • Funds cannot be transferred between player accounts.
  • Employees of the Company and its affiliates cannot play for real money without prior approval.

Violating these restrictions may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Account Registration

By registering, you agree to:

  1. Company’s Discretion: We may accept or reject your registration at our sole discretion.
  2. Verification Process: Before placing bets or withdrawing funds, you may need to verify your identity by providing a valid ID, utility bill, or other documents.
  3. Accurate Information: You must provide a valid email address and keep your contact details updated. Failing to do so may lead to missed notifications or account suspension.
  4. One Account Policy: You can only register one Account. Multiple accounts will be closed.
  5. Security Checks: We may request additional personal and financial information for verification purposes.
  6. Password Security: You must keep your password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, inform us immediately.
  7. Content Sharing: You cannot share Service content (e.g., screenshots) with others in unauthorized ways.
  8. Currencies: Your account balance and transactions will be managed in the currency chosen at registration.

If false information is provided, we may suspend your account or take legal action.

6. Your Account

  1. Account Currency: Your transactions will be conducted in the currency chosen at registration.
  2. No Credit Betting: We do not offer credit for betting.
  3. Account Suspension: We may suspend or close accounts if we suspect violations of these Terms or to maintain fairness and integrity.
  4. Betting Restrictions: We may refuse, cancel, or limit bets at our discretion.
  5. Erroneous Transactions: If funds are mistakenly credited to your account, they remain our property and will be withdrawn.
  6. Error Notification: You must inform us if you become aware of any account-related errors.
  7. Responsible Gambling: Gambling should be for entertainment. If you feel at risk of problem gambling, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
  8. No Transfers: You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your Account or its balance to another person.
  9. Account Closure: If you wish to close your Account, contact Customer Support via email.

6.1 Dormant and Inactive Accounts

  • Accounts inactive for 12+ months will be considered dormant.
  • We will handle dormant accounts in compliance with applicable laws.

6.1.1 Loyalty Points

  • If you haven’t made a cash deposit for 12+ months, loyalty points may be forfeited.
  • Non-depositing players’ loyalty points expire 90 days after their last wager.

6.1.2 Balance Clean-Up

If your account has been inactive for 12+ months, the following may be forfeited:

  • Bonus balance (if no associated cash balance).
  • Cash and bonus balance (if both are present).
  • Cash balance only (if no bonus balance exists).

We will attempt to notify you before any balance removal.

7. Deposit of Funds

7.1. Authorized Deposit Methods

All deposits must be made using a payment account, system, or credit card registered in your name. Any deposits made in a different currency will be converted based on the prevailing daily exchange rate from Oanda.com or our payment provider’s exchange rate. Your account will be credited accordingly. Please note that some payment providers may charge additional currency conversion fees, which will be deducted from your deposit amount.

7.2. Fees and Charges

Certain fees and charges may apply to deposits and withdrawals, which are detailed on our website. In most cases, we cover transaction fees for deposits made to your Black Lotus account. However, you are responsible for any bank charges that may arise due to depositing funds with us.

7.3. Third-Party Payment Processors

As we are not a financial institution, all credit and debit card deposits are processed through third-party electronic payment processors. Your account will only be credited if we receive approval and authorization from the issuing bank. If authorization is declined, your deposit will not be credited.

7.4. Payment Responsibility

You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the Service. You must not attempt to reverse or dispute any payments after they have been made. In case of a chargeback, reversal, or cancellation, you will be required to reimburse us for any costs incurred. Any winnings associated with disputed funds will be forfeited. Additionally, you acknowledge that your player account is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and is not insured or protected by any financial institution.

7.5. Bonus and Promotional Offers

If you accept a promotional or bonus offer by entering a bonus code during a deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with that bonus.

7.6. Prohibited Transactions

Deposits must not originate from criminal, illegal, or unauthorized activities. Any such deposits will be void.

7.7. Retention of Transaction Records

If you make deposits using a credit card, it is recommended that you retain a copy of your transaction records as well as a copy of these Terms and Conditions.

7.8. Legal Responsibility

Online gambling may be illegal in your jurisdiction. If so, you are not authorized to use your payment card to deposit funds on this site. It is your responsibility to comply with the online gambling laws in your location.

8. Withdrawal of Funds

8.1. Withdrawal Requests

You may withdraw any cleared and unused funds from your account by submitting a withdrawal request in accordance with our withdrawal policies. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is US$100 (or equivalent in your currency).

8.2. Withdrawal Fees and Rollovers

Withdrawals are subject to a rollover requirement. If you have not wagered your deposit amount at least once, we may deduct a processing fee, with a minimum charge of US$20 (or equivalent in your account currency), to prevent money laundering.

8.3. Identity Verification

To process a withdrawal, we may require verification documents, including photo ID, proof of address, or additional authentication methods such as a selfie verification or verification call. We reserve the right to perform identity checks at any time.

8.4. Submission Deadline for Verification Documents

All verification documents must be submitted within 336 hours (14 days) of our request. Failure to provide the required documentation within this period will result in the reversal of your withdrawal request, returning the funds to your account.

8.5. Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. If this is not possible, we may allow an alternative method at our discretion, subject to additional security checks.

8.6. Inaccessible or Suspended Accounts

If your account is inaccessible, dormant, locked, or closed, you must contact Customer Support to request a withdrawal.

8.7. Withdrawal Limits

  • Withdrawals below US$2,500 (or equivalent) will be paid as a lump sum.
  • Withdrawals exceeding US$2,500 (or equivalent) will be processed in installments, with a maximum of US$10,000 per installment depending on your player tier.

9. Payment Transactions & Processors

9.1. Payment Obligations

You are responsible for all payments owed to us. Attempting to reverse or cancel a legitimate payment is prohibited. If a payment is reversed, you must reimburse us for any associated costs. Additionally, we may charge an administrative fee of US$50 (or currency equivalent) per reversed transaction.

9.2. Third-Party Payment Services

We may use third-party electronic payment processors and banks to process transactions. By using our service, you agree to comply with their terms, provided they do not conflict with these Terms and Conditions.

9.3. Anti-Money Laundering Measures

We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity related to money laundering and terrorism financing. Any such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

10. System Interruptions & Errors

10.1. Technical Issues & Liability

We are not responsible for interruptions, server downtimes, or technical issues affecting gameplay. We are also not liable for third-party service failures, including those of your internet provider. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties regarding uninterrupted access, quality, or accuracy.

10.2. User Responsibility for Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your devices and internet connection function properly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

10.3. Errors & Malfunctions

We do not guarantee that the Service is error-free. If a system or software error affects gameplay, we may void affected bets or transactions. If you experience technical issues, please report them to Customer Support immediately.

10.4. Loss of Data or Winnings

We are not liable for losses, including lost winnings, due to technical failures, connection issues, or unauthorized third-party access.

10.5. Game Manipulation & Fair Play

We reserve the right to refuse, void, or limit any wagers at our discretion. If a game is found to be manipulated due to system malfunctions or unauthorized actions, we may:

  • Void affected bets and winnings.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in such activities.
  • Report the activity to the relevant authorities.

10.6. System Updates & Maintenance

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for maintenance or security purposes. While we will attempt to provide advance notice, we are not liable for any resulting losses.

10.7. Errors in Bet Settlement

If an error occurs in determining game outcomes or payouts, we reserve the right to correct affected transactions. If incorrect funds are credited to your account due to an error, we will adjust your balance accordingly.

10.8. Unauthorized Use & Refunds

If we detect fraudulent activity or unauthorized system use, we may:

  • Suspend or close your account.
  • Void affected wagers and winnings.
  • Deny withdrawal requests linked to fraudulent activity.
    Refunds may only be issued at the discretion of casino management.

11. Rules of Play, Refunds, Bonuses, and Cancellations

11.1 Event Outcomes and Disputes

  • The winner of an event will be determined on the date of the event’s settlement. Any changes due to protests or overturned decisions will not be considered for wagering purposes.

11.2 Finalization of Results

  • All posted results are final after 72 hours. No queries will be entertained beyond this period.
  • Within the 72-hour timeframe, results may only be corrected in cases of human error, system malfunctions, or mistakes from official sources.

11.3 Responsibility for Account Transactions

  • Customers are responsible for all transactions on their accounts. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be altered.
  • The company is not liable for missing or duplicate wagers. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their transaction history in their account dashboard.

11.4 Market and Product Availability

  • The company reserves the right to remove or modify any markets or products on the website.

11.5 Acceptance of Terms for Casino Bonuses and Promotions

11.6 Changes to Bonus Terms

11.7 Restrictions on Bonus Participation

  • Employees, affiliates, licensees, subsidiaries, or related entities, including family members of The Genesys Club, are not eligible for bonuses or promotions.

11.8 Free Bonus Restrictions

  • A free player bonus can be claimed only once per person, household, IP address, email, and shared computing environments (e.g., schools, libraries, offices, etc.).

11.9 Withdrawal Restrictions for Non-Depositing Players

  • Players who have never made a deposit must make a real money deposit before withdrawing any winnings from bonuses, free spins, or loyalty points.
  • Deposits are separate from withdrawal amounts but will be available as cash after the withdrawal is processed.

11.10 Bonus and Withdrawal Limitations

  • Players can claim only one free bonus per account where no deposit is required. Any winnings from multiple claimed free bonuses will be voided.
  • Deposit match bonuses must be claimed within five (5) minutes of a deposit or while the account retains at least 75% of the original deposit.
  • Deposits with bonuses of 101% or greater have a $1,000 maximum withdrawal limit. Free bonuses, free spins, and tournament wins have a $100 maximum withdrawal.

11.11 Wagering Requirements for Bonuses

  • Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements:

    • Blackjack / Craps: 5%
  • Bonus money (no deposit required) must be wagered 60 times before withdrawal.

11.12 Bonus and Promotion Abuse

  • Players cannot redeem two consecutive non-deposit bonuses (e.g., free spins or free money) without making a deposit in between.
  • Only one bonus promotion per deposit is allowed. Claiming multiple bonuses on the same deposit will void any winnings.
  • Collusion, unfair play, and hedging strategies are strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of such activity may be closed.

  • Progressive Jackpot winnings derived from bonus funds are not eligible for payout.

We are not responsible if the failure is due to:

  2. Third parties unrelated to our performance (e.g., network issues, system congestion, or your device performance).
  3. Unforeseeable events beyond our or our suppliers’ control.
    Since our Service is for personal use only, we are not liable for any business-related losses.

14.2. Maximum Liability

If we are found liable, our total liability shall not exceed:

  • The total value of your bets/wagers related to the issue, or
  • $500 (or the equivalent in your currency), whichever is lower.

14.3. Your Responsibility

We strongly recommend that you:

    • Ensure your computer/device is compatible with our Service.
    • Take precautions against malware by installing antivirus software.

15. Underage Gambling

15.1. Restrictions and Consequences

If we suspect or receive proof that you are under 18 (or below the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) while using our Service, we will:

  • Suspend your account, preventing further bets or withdrawals.
  • Investigate whether you have bet on behalf of a minor.

If found in violation, the following actions will be taken:

  • All winnings will be withheld and forfeited, then donated to the Gaming Commission.
  • Any winnings obtained while underage must be repaid to us. If not, we will take legal steps to recover these amounts.

21. Complaints and Disputes

21.3. Betting Disputes
